Elle Allison-Napolitano was born in Chicago in 1960--second oldest in a family of seven girls. In 2006 Elle earned her PhD. in Organizational Learning from the University of New Mexico where she focused on strategies for organizational change, including transformational leadership and the nature of wisdom in organizations, nurses and education. Now, she also writes about wisdom in couples. Elle lives in the San Francisco Bay area with her husband Len (Our dear old Vizsla dog named Ole' recently passed away).
