After "A Grave above Ground" and "Don't Call me Lebohang", Diana Hutton is back again with her third novel, "Sisterly Love". This is a novel about the rivalries of two adolescent sisters, the different courses their lives take and when, in their latter years, they have to come to grips with living side by side in a small bed-sitter in London. Although born in the UK, Diana was brought up in Australia, but has lived in Madrid since 1970 working principally as a free-lance translator. There she married and gave birth to a pianist and a guitarist. Since retirement she has dedicated most of her time to literature, either reading or writing. She loves animals, particularly cats, nature, theatre, films and enjoys the tranquillity that comes with retirement from the working world. "Sisterly Love" was published in August 2019 in paperback form and also Kindle. Some of you might have managed to read it. However, if you haven't, perhaps I could now tempt you to listen to it. I myself have prepared an audio version of this novel, which you may well find more palatable. This version will be available soon from all audiobook retailers. So do try and listen. You know I would be hugely grateful!
