Uniquely gifted from childhood, God has created Dawn to be a voice. From public speaking to embracing the call to preach by her early 20’s, God’s gift of proclamation has been evident in her journey. Elder Washington has been honored to travel and serve ministries and corporations across the country. Dawn Washington is an ordained elder in the Lord’s church bearing the gifts of preaching, teaching, prophecy, and administration. She is a preacher, teacher, writer, thought leader, people developer and project manager. Educated at the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, Dawn bridges the sacred and the secular with 20+ years of church administration and corporate leadership. With corporate companies like Capital One, Transamerica, Primoris, Mears Group and Emera (Tampa Electric) to church fellowships like the Church of God in Christ, the Southern Baptist Convention, and Kingdom International Consortium (KIC), Dawn has been shaped and cultivated by a diverse background of experiences. In addition to her professional acumen, Dawn is privileged to steward and co-parent the lives of four amazing young men (Desmond, Cameron, Cayden, and Dylan Washington) and a bonus daughter (Kayla Washington). A Florida native, Dawn resides in Hudson, FL.
