Darshan Mendoza is the Visionary Heart Leader and CEO of 13 Temples. As a former journalist, she dove into the world of spirituality and healing with deep curiosity and drive to search for the truth in her 20s. After a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening, she found herself returning to a primal life in the rainforests of Hawaii. This is where she began her Great Remembering. Darshan has studied and apprenticed under wisdom keepers, healers, and elders through apprenticeships and Mystery Schools around the world. Darshan then founded Akuaha, an eco-retreat healing center, in Volcano, Hawaii. On this sacred land, she has hosted wisdom tradition keepers and teachers from all over the world, bridging them into the local communities through gatherings and events. After the transformative 2018 Lava Eruption on the Big Island, she asked Spirit how she could make the deepest impact on the new earth that was born. 13 Temples was the answer. She was shown that her role is to: • support and guide New Earth Stewards and Medicine Weavers in creating idiosyncratic Signature Programs, Retreats, and Sanctuaries • weave these offerings together to create a grid of healing medicines — like an above-ground mycelial tapestry — that will serve as a beacon of wellness to the whole planet • resurrect rooted living sanctuaries of love, passion, and abundance T his will usher in a heaven-on-earth life of New Earth Stewardship that can be embodied in the hearts of those who hear its Call. This is now her deepest devotion. Darshan is the author of The Luminary Journey and co-author of 13 Temples with JWow. She is also a ceremonialist; multi-dimensional healer; transformational guide; sanctuary co-creator and wellness consultant; as well as a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher.
