Dr. Curtis Odom is an Associate Professor of Management and Organizational Development at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, a Senior Member of the Forbes Coaches Council, and a Harvard Business Review Advisory Council member. Curtis is also a fractional executive, best-selling author, ICF professional certified coach, and former Fortune 50 executive who consults and coaches from his experience of getting results. Additionally, he is the Managing Partner at Prescient Strategists, a Boston-based, international award-winning management consulting practice to a list of clients, including Fortune 100 companies, colleges, and universities. His advisory services practice focuses on getting client results by delivering change management, organizational culture, executive leadership coaching, leadership development solutions to clients during mergers and acquisitions, and complex business transformation initiatives. Curtis earned a Doctor of Education with honors from Pepperdine University and completed Executive Education programs at the MIT Sloan School of Management and Cornell University. Before his industry and academic careers, Curtis served on active duty for ten years in the United States Navy, including being deployed during Operation Desert Storm.
