Chuck Ammons is a pastor, teacher, and author passionate about helping people discover the goodness of God and the greatness of their unique voice in Him. As the Lead Pastor of Overflow Church in Valrico, Florida, Chuck has spent years helping people move beyond performance-driven faith and into the joy and freedom of the finished gospel of Jesus. Through writing, teaching, and creative expression, he explores how the gospel reshapes our identity and invites us into a vibrant life of intimacy with God as Father. Chuck is the creator of the teaching series A Living Liturgy, which explores how the ordinary rhythms of life can become sacred encounters with God. His work often reflects on spiritual formation, the historic practices of the church, and the journey of growing into the fullness of the life already ours in Christ. He is also a featured contributor to the official blog of The Passion Translation. Chuck and his wife Jill have been married since 2002 and are the joyful parents of five vibrant children: Bradley, Josiah, Gabriel, and twins Andrew and Annabelle. Whether through preaching, writing, or creative collaboration, Chuck’s deepest desire is to help people rediscover the goodness of God, live in the joy of the finished gospel, and embody the self-emptying love of Jesus in the world.
