My name is Christoph Albeck and today I am an expert in international real estate and finance. After graduating in economics from the University of Konstanz in Germany, I started my banking career in Spain. I then worked in the MBS industry for many years before founding my own real estate company. My focus today is the development of land and real estate with private capital, mainly equity financing and short term mortgage-backed loans from private investors. I focus on the very specific segment of upscale luxury real estate in island areas in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. My current project on Grand Bahama is primarily designed for the growing market of expatriates who can obtain their lifelong tax residence with an investment in the Bahamas.
