I am from a mid-size town in Kansas. I am a husband and father of 3 amazing children. I am not a professional writer, no degree anyway. I have been an avid reader my entire life and have been writing stories and poems since gradeschool. I have a love of words, language, and imagination that drives me forward! I have been telling bedtime stories to my kids for over 16 years, but only recently decided to put them down on paper. I truly believe that reading to your kids through their youth helps build healthy relationships, emotional stability, and raises educational abilities. Taking at least 15 minutes each day to read to together can help you build the long lasting relationships we all desire to have with our children. For that reason we have started the Read15 Campaign along with the launching of this book series. If we can motivate parents and children to read together maybe we can help keep families happy, healthy, and connected!
