About the Author Chaim Desser is the owner of Poel Group, an executive recruiting company located in NY. Chaim started his work as a headhunter in 2007 and has worked as a job recruiter ever since. His extensive experience in interviewing others to find what makes them tick led him down a path of personal exploration and discovery, and he became determined to find what it is that makes people truly satisfied.
