Brittany Eldridge is a self-published author, mental health advocate, and survivor. She has faced profound challenges and dark periods in her life that left her feeling hopeless, yet, with faith and determination, she found the strength to rise and share her story to raise awareness and inspire others. Brittany typed her first memoir entirely on her Android phone, proving that where there’s a will, there’s a way. She is honored to share her journey and insights with readers and listeners alike. Her writing has appeared in The Rochester Voice, The Better Because Project, Made of Millions Foundation, NoStigmas, and The Scars of Survival Magazine. In 2020, Brittany created Rise Above Radio, a 24/7 station featuring interviews with best-selling authors and mental health survivors. She serves as the station’s main host. and her podcast, Healing The Light Within, is available on Anchor and Spotify. Her books are available on Audible, Kindle, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and in several New Hampshire public libraries, including Portsmouth, Dover, Rochester, Durham, and Manchester. Two of her books are also held by the New Hampshire State Library. Brittany holds a Peer Support Specialist Certificate, volunteers on the Crisis Text Line, and is currently pursuing a psychology degree at the University of New Hampshire.
