His past leadership roles include serving as VP of Partnerships at Dropified (Inc 5k Fastest Growing Company in America), Founder of Life Mastery Foundation, Founder of Project EGG, Author of CEO at 20 (and more, including an Amazon best seller), and Co-Founder of Finals Fest, among other experiments. Ben has always tried to level up, seeking mentorship from the world's most incredible people. One of the most notable is Ben Gay III, who is the last living protege of Dr. Napoleon Hill (author of Think & Grow Rich), the man who dedicated his life to documenting his mentor Andrew Carnegie's philosophy of success. Carnegie's achievement framework, detailed in Think & Grow Rich, paired with sage wisdom on people detailed in How To Win Friends & Influence People have deeply influenced Gothard's life. To sum it up, Ben strives to have his epitaph mirror Carnegie's: "One Who Surrounded Himself With Those Better Than He." Gothard's study of human relations has led to a love of working with people, including M&A dealmaking at AVA, business development at Lucyd, partnership building at Dropified, and founding of the Life Mastery Foundation, where Ben grew his sales team to 150 people, reaching 50,000+ students globally.
