Born and raised in East Anglia, Andrew still lives only a few miles from the ancient and liminal landscapes where he played as a boy. After spending the best part of four decades working as a surveyor in the construction industry, Andrew decided to fulfil a lifelong ambition to become a writer, and his first standalone book 'The Pit' became a multi-category number one best seller. Andrew now writes the original short story series ‘The Paranormal Podcast Detectives’ - refreshingly modern Folk Horror styled Ghost Stories with elements of Mystery, Suspense and History. When not writing Andrew enjoys being with his family (especially his granddaughters), playing blues guitar, watercolour painting, fly fishing, riding his motorcycle, and playing petanque.
