Allyson is the founder of Hysterectomy Fitness™, an organization dedicated to helping women lose weight and stay fit after a hysterectomy. Her mission is to inspire others to become healthier physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Allyson is a mom, food lover, hysterectomy survivor and Christian. In her spare time, she volunteers at her local church and enjoys cooking, reading, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family. After her hysterectomy, Allyson dealt with hormonal imbalance, menopausal symptoms, and uncontrollable weight gain. She was able to completely reverse these issues naturally through trial and error. Today, she shares what she learned the hard way with others who may be facing the same issues she did years ago.
