Problem with the audio file, only first 3rd of the book
Love the story and narration so far, but there’s an issue with the audiobook. It’s only 6hrs long and covers the first 35% of the book and then just stops at chapter 28. It’s missing over 60 chapters!

Fantastic story, like nothing else I've listened to. Narrators were amazing and really brought the characters to life. Can't wait for Ollies story next.

what happened when your meddling parents think they know what's best for you with a bit of a cinderella story added.
Overall a good listen. Probably could have been a little shorter as , but still well read and good story. If it's just a romantic listen with lead characters that you can get behind then give it ago .

Promising Plot
I really liked the storyline and its potential, but felt the execution could have been smoother. Some of the subplots started intriguingly but didn't receive the conclusion they deserved. While these unfinished storylines left me a bit unsatisfied, the core narrative still provided an engaging read.

Dreadful flat narration
The story was slows and not helped by the monotone narration. Even the spicy parts were relayed with such boredom that they struggled to hold my attention.
Considering how much I enjoyed the first story in the series, this was a big disappointment.
Though the line about running in flip flops to remember what sex sounds like was hilarious.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely loved this book from start to finish. I became totally absorbed by the characters and loved the witty repartee between them all. I laughed, I cried and couldn’t put this book down. Brilliant narrators brought the whole story to life. Definitely worth anyone’s credit.

Great follow up.
Was so looking forward to this after the first book in the series - it's good but not quite as perfect as Romeo and Shortbread. Found the idea interesting but at time felt my eyes rolling in parts - yes I know it's fiction but I do like my stories to have a touch of could this actually happen irl. 🤣🤣 Very excited to get Ollie's story next.
