I love LJ Shen & all of her characters in this book. Especially Christian, I'm worshiping the ground he walks on.

I've listened to all of LJ Shen's books. I'm grateful to have so many astonishingly well written book boyfriends now, 😉.....and those voices !!!!! The narration is perfect, wel, what can you expect with this collaboration.

Now I'm off to listen to 'Atonement' ......you'll understand why 💚

Listening to the audiobook version of Ruthless Rival was an absolute pleasure. The narrators did an amazing job — each character had a distinct voice that brought them to life in such a vivid way. I especially loved how they captured the emotional intensity and tension between the characters. Every shift in mood or moment of passion felt real and impactful.

The plot itself is full of drama, tension, and chemistry. I couldn't help but get hooked on the dynamic between the characters — the rivalry that turns into something more, the familiar tropes I adore, all of it came together perfectly. The audiobook really enhanced the experience, making the story feel even more engaging and immersive.

In short, if you're a fan of steamy romance with strong characters and narrators who really bring the story to life, this audiobook is definitely worth your time.

I have loved nearly everything LJ Shen has written. This was ok, but not my favorite…I think it’s because I just really didn’t like Aria and found it hard to relate to the attitude/decisions she made. I did like that Christian/Nici did seem to truly understand the person she was and loved her anyway and I guess there is someone for everyone!
