Warrior
A nice blending of reality and fantasy , makes you think what if...? A great story line you have , suspense, action, a romance , some hot scenes ,comedy. Brilliant characters. Not to sure on the narration, but worth listening. A really good story .

Scottish Brogue
Well I do love me a bit of Scottish brogue. And I get that in this book. Elsie has lost what she thought of as the love of her life. But over 12 months after his death the police still have no answers she is withering away but has also joined a group to hunt vampires. On a chance encounter Zander is drawn to Elsie and has his Dark Warriors chase her down and then to further investigate her husbands case. It helps when he has men in the police force. Anyway the story moves on things happen that seem a little strange like Orlando and Santi basically moving into apartment but hey I guess anything is possible. It does become more plausible as the story moves on though.
Zander and Elsie’s story move along at a good pace there is plenty of twists and turns through the story and the pair almost don’t get to have a happily ever after. I love how the story incorporates other realms also and how most of the humans don’t know of the supernatural.
I was drawn into the story and didn’t want to stop. Looking forward to more of this series.

Fated Mates
I loved the premise of the book, the plot was excellent and the characters engaging - mostly, I loved the tight knit family the warriors formed and their interaction. The vampire King Zander had the patience of a saint to put up with Elsie, who seemed to tease and reject him frequently while blaming her grief, she was too whiney for my liking! I really liked Elvis the troll and loved the idea of him dressing up, what I'd love to know is what is the Fae Queen up to? I think this has the promise to be an amazing series and am eagerly waiting for book 2!

Sexy, adventurous paranormal romance!
What a fantastic start to what promises to be an exciting series full of vampires, demons, shifters, dragons and more! It has an end of the world feel because, after almost seven centuries, the supernatural realm has its first mated pair. This momentum occasion is tinged with tragedy but, more importantly, seems to be catapulting the entire realm into danger, change and war. Vampire King, Zander Tarakesh finds his mate in human Elsie Hayes but has to figure out how they can to be together while facing some pretty insurmountable obstacles, including keeping her alive.
To start off, I wasn't thrilled with the narration but it grew on me as the book progressed. Overall I enjoyed this audiobook and am looking forward to the rest of the series.
