When the former head of Israeli intelligence is killed on a paragliding trip, it's the latest in a series of 'accidental' deaths befalling key members of the American and Israeli governments. Mossad bring in terrorist hunters Aaron and Shoshana to investigate–and they know just who to call. Taskforce operator Pike Logan has been out of action for too long, so he jumps at the chance to take on the mission. An Iranian-funded militia group has claimed responsibility for the deaths. But something doesn't add up.

Afghanistan has fallen. Taskforce operative Pike Logan's mission is to extract a man who has done more for the US in Afghanistan than perhaps anyone else. But Logan's goal is jeopardized when a ransomware attack hits every entity in the Taskforce. And when a connection is discovered between the hack and the Taliban, Logan is tasked with hunting the perpetrators down. He has no idea that this was just a test run, and the real attack is coming soon, engendered by a former NSA specialist in the US Government, who wants to return to the bipolar world of the Cold War.

To finally end the war between their nations, a band of Ukrainian partisans known as the Wolves team up with members of Russia's military intelligence to try to assassinate President Vladimir Putin. But Putin is aware of the traitors in his midst. Loyal head of the National Guard, Victor Petrov, is expected to neutralise the threat—after he prevents Sweden from joining NATO by assassinating a key Swedish politician.
