Mike4 is the call sign for Chief Warrant Officer Sue O’Connell - a Special Operations Force (SOF) surveillance specialist. She is the daughter of a pair of CIA agents and the granddaughter of a famous World War II OSS agent. She is part of a team that “finds and fixes in place” terrorists so that SOF assault teams can “finish” the target.

SOF intelligence operator Sue O’Connell, callsign MIKE4, returns to hunt down a terrorist network determined to acquire nuclear material for a dirty bomb. As part of that effort, Sue must rescue a kidnapped colleague someplace on the Syrian-Iraq border.
