Deep Water Summary

Alexis Magpie has enough on her plate between rehabilitating her junkie cousin, Tip, struggling to keep a step ahead of bankruptcy, and leading a ragtag gang of vigilantes in the endless war against child trafficking without the ghost of her wife suddenly appearing to take a toll on her mental and physical health.
