Mechanics of Murder Summary

Grease monkey Josephine Lingenfelter's life is turned upside down when she discovers a mangled body in the vehicle she is working on. The police have ruled it an accident but her mechanical instinct revs up when she notices inconsistencies in the report.

Jo’s boss, Steve Rafferty, also smells something foul. Investigating the accident scene, both of their doubts are confirmed when someone tries to kill them. Now it’s a race against the clock to solve the murder or become victims themselves.

Trying to focus on the clues, Jo finds her attraction to Steve distracting. Will Josephine be able to check her emotions and find the killers or will she lose her heart and her life?
