With the Hero of Light's retirement, the world is looking for a hero. That burden has now fallen onto Minisc, and he's not sure if he can handle it. With Luminosa remaining on the loose, and others looking to seize a great opportunity, Minisc is attempting to learn his father's famous technique, Celestial Light.

Rimor Dynex is hailed as the greatest Mercenary in the history of the Galaxy. Between him, and his one-of-a-kind Dynex suit, there is no mission he can't handle. However, that doesn't mean life is easy. When Rimor is tasked with searching for Calax Crystals, one of the rarest, not to mention, illegal materials in the world, he soon finds out he's getting more than he bargained for.

Minisc Premier has never wanted to be like his father. Most kids would kill to have the Hero of Light, the most famous Elementalist in history, as their dad. Minisc hates the pressure though and wants only to bring his mother’s dying wish to life: unity and peace between humans and Elementalists, the recently evolved species capable of controlling and wielding elements such as light, fire, and water.
