Their mission was at an end. Suffering the price of their failure, the companions are divided. Undeterred in her quest for redemption, Kariayla, followed by Jinx and Ruby, pursues the deadly stone in a seemingly futile mission. Hawkwing and Arcturus seek the infamous White Demon, who has managed to escape the Priagent's grip.

I make general observations from daily life and try to map the pre-existing mental models to find meaning around the banality.

In each episode we will discuss diet myths such as: calories in = calories out, if you lose fast you'll gain fast or why you should not plateau if the diet is right for you. The topic of metabolism will be demystified in how it relates to weight gain or weight loss. We will also talk about science of nutrition as it relates to weight gain and successful weight loss. We will look at passive vs. active weight loss methods and discuss their role in dieting. There will be testimonials from dieters and their journey in losing weight and keeping it off.

Cedric has discovered the means to fight back, but the price is high. Not all species are capable of carrying out his methods. It's one thing asking ships and crews to fight; it's another to ask them to sacrifice themselves. And yet, the valiant ships of Earth Navy continue to do so. As Cedric frantically searches for an alternative way to combat the abominations, Hiroko attempts to halt the proliferation of ancient weapons.
