An introductory lecture on jurisprudence (philosophy of law) delivered at the Faculty of Law, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta on March 26, 1993.

Courtroom contests pit good versus evil, right versus wrong. Constitutional fundamentalists read the Constitution selectively and self-servingly.
