Me tienes en tus manos es una antología pensada para acercar a los jóvenes lectores a la obra de Jaime Sabines; es una breve selección de los poemas más amados por el público y de los preferidos del poeta. En su interior se encuentran textos que siguen siendo tan vigentes como en la época en la que fueron escritos, porque fueron inspirados por la vida misma.
