In the aftermath of a deadly and mysterious plague that causes the female sex to temporarily lapse into violent, near-indestructible monsters, small bands of survivors inhabit the skeleton of a ruined civilization. Uriah, a young man haunted by addiction and the weight of the post-apocalyptic world, clings to his one source of sanity – his girlfriend Evynn. A dead body surfaces on the shoreline, and the girls quickly discover that dead isn’t what it used to be. The group of friends complies with the government-issued quarantine until it’s clear that no one’s coming for them. Without food, water, and electricity, they know it’s time to save themselves.
