The Memory of an Elephant is an epic saga told by an aging African elephant as he makes a last, perilous journey to find the humans who rescued him as an orphan some fifty years ago. Interwoven with his narrative are the tumultuous lives of the family who raised and then lost him.

Forcefully-retired zoo-keeper Mick Munroe is hiding two BIG things: Alzheimer’s and a 42 year-old Indian elephant called Sinbad. Mick and his elephant become overnight on-the-run, anti-hero legends when Mick, an old rebel with a cause, takes matters into his own hands.

She wonders if she has what it takes to instill the same fortitude that she had as a child to survive in the jungle. But her worries turn to fear when the nightmares from her past rear its ugly head to torment her once again. And this threat has a new target in their crosshairs...her family.
