Days from civilisation five men are about to experience something beyond the rational. In the snow slaked wilds where the natives fear to tread, these men search for moose but find something more terrifying and supernatural. With a rush of wind and the smell of feral nature one of their number is whisked away, leaving them wondering: Who might be next?

Deep in the remote Canadian wilderness, a group of moose hunters make their way further into the woods. Rumors of a terrifying human-like monster that lurks in the forest are dismissed as mere “superstitions.” But, as their isolation becomes more apparent, they begin to smell something foul and feel shadows creeping in on them like slow death. After having “seen the Wendigo”, how long will they be able to survive?

In the heart of Wyoming, amidst the rugged wilderness of the 1860s, a bounty hunter known to some as Wendigo Joe roams the land. He hunts monsters, both supernatural and human, in a land where the only law is the one enforced with a six-gun and a bowie knife. Joe is no ordinary gunslinger, for he is possessed by a wendigo spirit that gives him extraordinary strength and speed, but also plagues him with an insatiable hunger for human flesh.
