An adaptation of the prose & poetry of author Raymond Carver and his wife, Tess Gallagher. The story chronicles the final year of Carver's life, when he was struggling to finish his final book. This two-person play is a coproduction with Chicago's City Lit Theater.

The play draws much inspiration from Enduring Conviction: Fred Korematsu and His Quest for Justice by Lorraine K. Bannai (University of Washington Press 2015) and Justice Delayed by Peter Irons (Wesleyan University Press 1989).
