Jeweils am dritten Montag im Monat diskutieren Bereichs­sprecherInnen (zum Beispiel Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Außen­politik etc.) der fünf Fraktionen unter Einbindung von Fach­leuten über ein aktuelles Gesetzes­vorhaben. Das Format wurde vom Parlament gemeinsam mit der Initiative Demokratie21 entwickelt. Durch die Diskussion führt der ehemalige ORF-Moderator Gerald Groß.

Aldo Semerari, psichiatra, criminologo e criminale, è stato connesso a tante delle vicende oscure che puntellano la storia d'Italia. Opera controversa e fonte inesauribile di aspri dibattiti sin dalla sua prima comparsa, "Il contratto sociale" impose Rousseau come uno tra i principali pensatori dell'Illuminismo francese. Trattato filosofico-politico, senz'altro uno dei maggiori mai scritti, in esso l'autore affronta il problema fondamentale del rapporto tra individuo e società.

La costituzione è la legge fondamentale dello Stato italiano. La costituzione elenca i principi fondamentali su cui si basa la Repubblica Italiana, primo tra tutti il lavoro. Essa contiene inoltre i diritti e i doveri dei cittadini e i principi dell'ordinamento della Repubblica, che prescrivono il funzionamento delle istituzioni democratiche. La costituzione si ispira fondamentalmente a principi anti-autoritari e anti-fascisti, poichè la Repubblica fu proclamata dai partigiani nel dopoguerra alla fine del regime di Mussolini.

Vengono esposte norme sul modo di vestirsi, enumerati tutti i gesti e le cose spiacevoli da evitarsi; è riprovato lo scherno, la beffa, la parola che morde e offende; si suggeriscono i modi del parlare, si consigliano i vocaboli da usare e quelli da evitare. Il trattato diventò così famoso da introdurre il termine galateo nel linguaggio comune.
