Brooke and the people of Lismore Baile aren't concerned at first with having a warm winter. Everyone's content, and the community loves Murphy's Country Store and Pumpkin Patch. Life couldn't be sweeter in Cahill County. However, not everyone's amused with the warm temperatures including Jack Frost, with whom warm weather doesn't agree. He has a job to do, and he needs everyone's help to bring winter to Cahill County.

Nicholas always felt someday he would do great things, but he never expected it to be so special. He always loved working with his hands, building things of all kind. He, especially, enjoyed making toys for the children in town. He even fixed broken toys for the children they would drop off. Nicholas also loved working with all the different animals on his pa's farm. If one would get sick, he would stay up all night tending to it.
