Luke Savage recently graduated with a master's degree in English and creative writing from Southern New Hampshire University, and previously studied psychology at Rochester College. This poet has a strong voice and tone, one that will challenge, cause deep thought, inspire, and enrage.

Behind the Door is a collection of poems written for those on the inside, through the eyes of a prisoner. Its aim is to provide reassurance that, although prison can be the loneliest place on earth, no one is ever really alone - especially with their feelings. It aims to provide hope of a better future beyond the door.
