Story
1994 saw one of Peter Cooks most acclaimed performances since his 1960's heyday. Chris Morris' surreal and inventive questions brought out the very best of eccentric aristocrat Sir Arthur Streeb-Greebling, a character whom Cook had carried with him through Beyond the Fringe and Not Only...But Also... to his latter years.

Story

Story
In But & Though, Jake Hawkey scrutinizes the impact of parental addiction on families, its title a nod to the language of dependency, its circles of prevarication and excuse. Hawkey’s poems chart the loss of a father and the resilient love between siblings, and take an unflinching look at a parent–child relationship sometimes painfully inverted through alcoholism.

Story
But by the Chance of War is reminiscent of the great Greek and Roman works. Each of the four parts ranges in setting from Ancient India to Colonial America, to battlefields of modern Europe and to a conjectured scene in the contemporary Middle East. Throughout the animated and lyrical writing, Mr. Lyons examines our impulses toward combat and encourages the listener to contemplate the seemingly inexplicable dynamic toward destruction, despite our conscious knowledge of war’s ultimate futility.

Story
God Sees the Truth, But Waits is a short story by Russian author Leo Tolstoy first published in 1872. The story, about a man sent to prison for a murder he did not commit, takes the form of a parable of forgiveness. English translations were also published under titles "The Confessed Crime", "Exiled to Siberia", and "The Long Exile". The concept of the story of a man wrongfully accused of murder and banished to Siberia also appears in one of Tolstoy's previous works, War and Peace, during a philosophical discussion between two characters who relate the story and argue how the protagonist of their story deals with injustice and fate.
