Alle hätten glückliche Tage auf der Insel verbringen können, wenn nicht Daunenfeins Schwester Flügelschön finstere Pläne geschmiedet hätte, denen Martin beinahe zum Opfer gefallen wäre. So stiftet sie ihn zu einem Kampf mit dem Adler Gorgo an; mit Mühe gelingt es Nils die beiden auseinanderzubringen.
