Zwischen den Feiertagen fühle ich mich immer wie im Schlaraffenland. Ich liebe es zu essen und ich bin ein absoluter Süßigkeiten-Fan. Gerade zu den Weihnachtsfeiertagen und schon den ganzen Dezember über ist es wirklich schwer, standhaft zu bleiben. Man kommt an keinem Glühweinstand vorbei, ohne sich etwas zu gönnen. Ich habe beschlossen, mir das in dieser Zeit zu gönnen, alles zu essen, was Spaß macht und schmeckt. Leider bleibt das nicht ohne Folgen. Nach dem Jahreswechsel, der immer auch Urlaubszeit bedeutet, kommt die Ernüchterung auf der Waage. Denn nur für ganz wenige Menschen hat diese Art des Essens über einen längeren Zeitraum keine Konsequenzen. Da ich aber nicht immer kontrolliert essen möchte und einfach gerne nasche, habe ich mir zwei Mal im Jahr ein Ritual angewöhnt, um mein Gewicht stabil zu halten und die überschüssigen 2-3 Kilo kurz und schmerzlos wieder loszuwerden.
