När Bosse Jansson inte kom till jobbet på måndagmorgonen blev alla kollegorna på det lokala postkontoret oroliga. Bosse var en ordentlig ung man som alltid ringde i förväg om han hade förhinder. En av kollegorna begav sig hem till Bosses lägenhet och knackade på dörren, men fick inget svar. Även nästa dag saknades Bosse på arbetsplatsen, och hans vänner började befara det värsta.
