After a heart attack, Mathias Taillefer wakes up in hospital with a stranger at his bedside. The mysterious girl reveals herself to be Louise Collange, a volunteer who has come to play the cello for patients. When she finds out Mathias is a cop, she asks him to take charge of a very special case. Her mother, a former ballerina at the Paris Opera Ballet, died last year after falling from her balcony, and Louise has a hunch she was pushed. Though hesitant at first, Mathias agrees to help her, sending them both headfirst into a deadly chain of events.

Après un accident cardiaque, Mathias Taillefer se réveille dans une chambre d'hôpital. Une jeune fille inconnue se tient à son chevet. C'est Louise Collange, une étudiante venue jouer bénévolement du violoncelle aux patients. Lorsqu'elle apprend que Mathias est flic, elle lui demande de reprendre une affaire un peu particulière. D'abord réticent, Mathias accepte finalement de l'aider, les plongeant dès lors, tous les deux, dans un engrenage mortel.

Parigi, Natale 2021. Dopo un infarto, Mathias Taillefer si sveglia in una stanza d’ospedale. Una ragazza sconosciuta è al suo capezzale. È Louise Collange, una studentessa che suona il violoncello per allietare i pazienti in corsia. Quando Louise scopre che Mathias è un poliziotto, gli chiede di occuparsi di un caso molto particolare che la riguarda da vicino. All’inizio riluttante, Mathias accetta infine di aiutarla, e presto i due si ritroveranno uniti in una spirale che si stringe pericolosamente intorno a loro.
