    As a creative entrepreneur it is too risky to be sick. Chronic illness can limit your ability to create or effectively run a business. I speak on my struggles with health and share why I think proactively maintaining a healthy lifestyle is critical for the creative journey. Mind, body, spirit are intertwined and affect each other directly. to make sure these categories of operate smoothly we must establish better practices in nutrition, exercise, sleep and social connection.
