    In this episode, we have a guided meditation to take us back to the core of our being. We ask the question: "Who Am I?" as a prop to experience the true nature of ourselves beyond the concepts and ideas of the mind, the physical body and our emotions and feelings. We remain a witness to the presence of the sky of awareness within ourselves, which is the only non-changing aspect of our deepest sense of existence. 

    Cristiano has been a meditation practitioner for 20 years. Beginning under the guidance of a Tibetan Buddhist Lama from the Nyngma school, he practiced diligently for ten years before converting his practice into Zen. Cristiano's motivation is to bring people's awareness on how "right" meditation can lead to ultimate mental wellness.

  • Ep 3 - Your Mind is a SnapChat Filter

    In this episode we discuss how our perceptions are influenced by the "filters" of the mind. When we experience the world we think we are having an impartial perception through our senses. But our minds add filters through mental marks, which in turn, makes us perceive the world through mental frames. 

    Without realizing that, we see ourselves and the world through lenses that govern our choices by impulses. We then live life in "auto-pilot" and never question our own reality. We create realities upon realities, always acting on impulses instead of freedom.
