    Scarlett discusses how our experiences growing up shape our programming and the ways we respond as adults and mother wounds can result in impact across many areas in many ways.

    If you have mother wounds you can begin to repair them and can learn to love you, you can repair your  wounds so they show up less in your life as an adult 

    Speak to yourself kindly, learn to pick yourself, be kind to the child inside you and if you put in the work you can make changes to your programming

    They talk candidly about childhood abuse and why if you have suffered childhood abuse the question of when you lost virginity can bring feelings of shame and guilt and share the ways they have coped both negatively and ultimately positively to overcome and move forward to a place of healing
