• Episode 22 - Why People Do People Lower Their Standards, And Self Respect?
    Nov 28 2024
In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing why do people lower their standards and their self-respect for people that are not worth them. So many people lower themselves in order to be in relationships with other people. They’ll go against everything that’s right just to do something wrong to prove something to people. It’s crazy how people don’t understand that they don’t have to do all of these things in order to make friends, get a job, family, and romantic relationship as far as proving things to people, cause God would never ask you to have to do that for somebody that is a non-believers. how so many people are not on the path, journey, and purpose that they’re supposed to be on because they’re too busy focusing and worrying about other people‘s lives and business that shouldn’t even be concerned with? Why God never said for you to go out here and find something that he’s going to provide for you? Why people can’t be patient and wait to God to bring you what is meant for you? Why instead of them waiting for God to bring them was meant for them, they go out there and end up with the wrong type of people?

  • Episode 21 - With Self Respect Comes Self Love When Comes To Loving Yourself.
    Nov 21 2024
In this episode, I’m gonna talk about how to respect yourself through loving yourself, despite your flaws, imperfections, disabilities, and mistakes that you’ve made in your past. There are so many people that lower their selves in order to be associated with people that really don’t want them in the first place. There are a lot of people chasing behind people that don’t really want anything to do with them at all. The only reason these people want them is because they enjoy the fact that these people are chasing behind them. And what these people are willing to do to be with them. And is really sad that people go against everything that they stand for and believe in order to build other people up, that aren’t going to stay with them once they do. well, a lot of people need to stop basing themselves on other people, and focus on themselves. Look at themselves based upon how God sees you. I just want people to love, and believe in themselves despite what society thinks. And even though you’re not accepted by society standards, you’re accepted by God standards.

  • Episode 18 - With Self Respect Comes Self Love: Loving Yourself At Your Best And Worst.
    Oct 16 2024
And this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to love yourself at your best and at your worst. A lot of people just want to always be at their best, and they never wanna show the worst part of themselves due to worrying about what other people think. They’re worried about if people see the worst part of themselves that they’re going to walk away. Never mind you there are people that people absolutely need to walk away from because of the worst version of themselves when it comes to their behavior, and actions. But when it comes to Imperfections and flaws, health issues, not being exactly financially stable, and not the best looking person, people are quick to judge, and bully people. These people are not chosen because of their external physical appearance, or health issues. But people who have bad behavior are quick to be chosen because of what they look like. And it’s really sad that we can’t be our true cells because our whole identity has to be based on how somebody else wants us to be. So in this episode I wanted to talk about why when God says to come as you are then you need to come as you are

  • Basing yourself on how you feel and think about yourself.
    Sep 25 2024
This episode is all about the importance of you basing yourself based on how you feel, and think about yourself versus what other people think, and feel about you. People are too busy worrying about other peoples opinions as far as how they think and feel about them. Versus you not worrying about what other people think and feel about you as well as their opinions of you. I get the fact that society makes you believe that it is about other peoples thoughts, opinions, and what they have to say about you, but the truth is it should be more about how you see yourself. A lot of people end up in very bad situations because of what they’re willing to do to be loved, and accepted by people who pretty much are not gonna do anything but destroy and caused chaos in their lives. So this episode is about how to go on how you think, and feel about yourself. As well as how you think and feel about yourself has everything to do with , your self-esteem, self-worth, self values, self-confidence, self-respect, and you believe in yourself.

  • Episode 15 - With Self Respect Comes Self Love When It Comes To What You Choose To Deal With When You Heal And Recover.
    Sep 19 2024
In this episode, I’m gonna talk about how with self-respect leads to love of self when it comes to what you choose to deal with when you recover and heal from your past trauma, anxieties, depression, past situationthat have impacted, and affected your life, based upon the consequences, repercussions, and karma they have the damage to your life. a lot of people have lost themselves because they have become what everybody else wants them to be, except themselves. A lot of people have went through a lot of things they probably would’ve never went through. If they would’ve never met the people that they met. So this is all about how you go about dealing with people once you are healed and recovered from all of that. What you are going to deal with, or choose not to deal wit h when it comes to people and what they choose to try to do, say, think, or treat you? What you choose to allow people to do to you? What kind of people that you want to deal with when it comes to who you choose to bring in your life? These questions are important because when it comes to self-esteem, self-worth, self values, confidence, self-respect, and you believe in yourself is gonna be all based on how you think, and feel about yourself and not what everybody else thinks about you. so trust me when I say that when you’re down and out, or you’re sick, and you see how people treat you when you get better, and become the person that you want to be, you are definitely going to be a different person, not only internally, but also externally when it comes to your health and well-being. Because I right now I’m currently going through that when it comes to my health and wellness internally and externally. So I hope this episode helps you like it’s helping me right now when it comes to my healing and recovery when it comes to my internal and external physical health.
