On Today's Episode (Part 2) we further discuss the affects of parents patterns and habits on children and how we can emotionally nurture both child and parent to feel safe, seen, heard and held.

We talk about punishment, guilt, boundaries, attention and how to address our children needs in a healthy and considered way. Like I mentioned in the previous episode. This episode is for everybody wether you have children all not we all have a childhood to reflect, learn and grow from.

Maria Steuer is a renowned paediatrician and family therapist based in Germany. She specialises in examining the root cause of childhood behavioural patterns. Her mission today is to help people around the world realise how their own childhood experiences influence their habits, expectations, and belief systems.
