Details

Inverted Aeropress

1 Standard Paper + 1 Standard Metal Filter

15g fine ground 

400 μm - Kruve seive 

Water blend

• 75% classic Thirdwave water
• 25% distilled water

Method 

heat water to 90° C

Add 15g coffee

50g water, stir 5 times

Rest until 30 seconds

60g water, Stir 5 times

Rest until 1 minute - while waiting 

• Pre-wet/rinse filter
• Cap

At 1:35 squeeze air out

Turn over and press for 20 seconds - about 1:55

Yield is 70-75g brew

Bypass with additional water, reaching 150g brew weight

Swirl to integrate 

Long pour to bring temp down to 37°C
