Although Ziggy's is in a small town, Mitch is constantly active on WeChat (China's leading social media outlet) crafting specials and putting feelers out for new products and menu items that customers will enjoy, from signature cocktails to "michelin star" roast beef sandwiches. He also organizes special events such as live bands and Brazilian BBQ and regularly asks customers how their meal was, staying on top of any mistakes day in and day out.
