What's in it for me

By: Torild Boe
  • Summary

  • We want to bring awareness to menopause in the workplace. Some don’t suffer - one in three do! Let’s support those that do by opening the conversation. We’ll host inspiring and thought provoking guests and ask questions like: Why is menopause a workplace issue? What are the most bothersome symptoms affecting work and what can be done to help alleviate these? How does menopause fit into DEI and the topic of retaining talent? What initiatives can organisations implement? *we refer to women, but menopausal symptoms can affect women, trans and non-binary people experiencing the menopause.
