  • Looking For More
    Nov 5 2024

We will only accept what we believe we deserve.

Classmates, when was the last time you looked at a situation and thought "I deserve more than this?" This month, as we invest in our mental health, I want to invite us to strive for more. To not simply accept what we're used to, but to think about what we actually want; in life, from our jobs, and our relationships, and especially from ourselves.

I know that I did not start making radical changes in my lifestyle, until I realized that I did not have to accept certain things in my life. I could have

    - better physical health,

    - better mental health,

    - I could change the way I thought about myself,

    - and how the relationships around me, made me feel.

That is my hope for all the classmates. Join me in the conversation, as we look for more in life.
