As I travel around to different parts of the United States and the globe, one specific topic where we actually seem to have real common ground is our collective concern about the division, and the forces within society, media, social media, politics, and more that seem to exacerbate this dynamic. On this episode, I address this complex and emotional issue in light of the recent presidential inauguration here in the US. I offer some thoughts and perspectives, as well as some specific ideas for how we can connect in a more productive and authentic way, especially with those who may see things differently than we do.
