Welcome to CrossFit Llanelli, a gym unlike any other in South Wales. Nestled in the heart of the industrial estate behind Trostre Retail Park, we’re more than just a place to work out - we’re a community. There are no mirrors, no egos, and no fancy machines here. The only machines are the dedicated individuals inside. Our tools? Barbells, a rig, dumbbells, kettlebells, a few bikes, and rowers. Our strength lies in our close-knit community of 150 members, not thousands, where everyone knows your name and supports your journey. CrossFit Llanelli was founded in January 2015 by Emma Lewis, and as we approach our 10-year anniversary, we’re planning to celebrate in true style with a black-tie dinner, honouring both past and present members. Now owned by Andy and Rhiannon Starling, Lindsey and James Morgan, and Andrew and Claire Bowen, we’ve continued to grow in size and spirit. Recently, we expanded into two units, doubling our space, and creating even more opportunities for our community to thrive. Our passionate coaching team - Adam, Gemma, Rhys, and Ayeisha - embody our commitment to excellence, and we’re excited to welcome two new coaches, Darren and Beca, who will complete their CF-L1 certifications this December. We are proud to say that owner Andy is a qualified CF-L3 trainer, along with Lindsey who is CF-L2. Andrew, Rhiannon, Gemma, Ayeisha, Rhys and Adam are all CF-L1 certified. We are fully invested in their development and encourage continued learning to ensure our coaches bring the best to our members every day. At CrossFit Llanelli, we believe in mastering what we do. We offer CrossFit classes for adults, with dedicated sessions for children and teens on weekends. Twice a week, we also run Olympic weightlifting classes, which perfectly complement our CrossFit programming. We are CrossFit Llanelli.
