  • This is my Signature BRIMS YOGA class which has helped many of my students to tone their bodies and even lose weight. I have been teaching this wonderful combination of Hatha and Yin Yoga for a few years now with great success.

    All you need is a mat, and maybe a yoga block or blanket to sit on. I would love you to enjoy this Signature BRIMS YOGA class as much as I do.
