The man tried to flee the incident after he split the car in 5 pieces leaving Greg’s Girlfriend, Hailey Frazier in critical condition. She suffered a broken neck and several spinal fractures. He was only 30 when he died and they had a life ahead of them. She seeks answers and justice. This man who committed this heinous act was already released on his own recognizance.
