    The two break down all of legal consideration and how self defense really operates a little differently both in Nevada, NY and even Texas. Vinny makes the argument that there are many factors that will hurt the clerk owner including how he handled the the suspects body after stabbing him and telling him to "shut up" as he begged for help.

    The two compare this attack to the one in NYC where a bodega owner was forced to stab his assailant to death. That bodega owner was arrested and charged but ultimately released.
